The Ministry of Tertiary Education and Skills Training (MTEST) was proud to be represented at the UTT 5K Run/Walk on Sunday 29th June, 2026 by our Parliamentary Secretary, Mr. Hansen Narinesingh, MP!

The Parliamentary Secretary had the honour of officially starting the race before lacing up his own running shoes and joining participants on the course – leading by example and championing the importance of health, wellness, and active living.

Events like these remind us that building a future-ready nation isn’t just about education and skills—it’s also about fostering healthy communities, teamwork, and resilience.

A big congratulations to the UTT – The University of Trinidad and Tobago, the organisers, volunteers, and every participant who made the event a fantastic success!

Every step brings us closer to a healthier Trinidad and Tobago.
